Ancient Places

Britain is full of many important sites of ancient and prehistoric interest, including standing stones, dolmen, megaliths, stone circles and stone rows, ancient burial chambers and remnants of ancient settlements. Many of the sites are in rather wild places, which adds to their charm and mystery.
